WS Manors

When one of Indiana's leading residential and commercial builders/developers launched a business venture to build and manage off-campus student rental housing, MyersCroxton Group embraced the assignment to create a Brand Identity for WS Manors. Utilizing colors  that are inspired by Indiana University and the Manor's parent company, we designed a contemporary Brand icon which represents an architectural roof line combined with an arrow pointing upward. This Brand design direction was expanded to include additional Manors apartment projects. An amplified tone was incorporated into the associated promotional designed to connect with the college-age demographic seeking off-campus housing.
