The Community of Renwick
The vision of a “smart growth” community on over 80 acres woven in a tapestry of green space, parks, and tree preserves, has been realized by WS Homes and the Wininger/Stolberg Group in Bloomington, Indiana. Involved since the the beginning in 2005, our work includes neighborhood naming, Brandmark designs, signage, development of integrated marketing, promotional, and advertising materials for the variety of neighborhoods and housing styles offered in this highly successful and desirable residential/commercial development.
